After realizing the massive increase in unemployment post covid reaching over 1 million people and the unemployment rate reaching 10.9 % which is 4.6 % higher than pre-covid phase as an organization we have decided to end this problem of unemployment and underemployment forever across the world. And give people with all ethnicities, abilities, gender, and geographies equal opportunity to thrive and grow by jumpstarting their career through the Upath paid internship program.
